HP 4262A, anyone?
« on: June 14, 2018, 06:15:56 am »
Hi,
I got an offer for a HP4262A. The device looks very nice and powers on, but fails self test. I wonder whether there are any experiences with those?
The unit would cost me $100, am I am wondering whether it is worth it concerning that it needs repair. Is it repairable? any experiences here?

See the mini teardown thread of the HP 4274a on here , has quite a bit of info that might help with the decision.
One error that you get is simply related to not connecting the input terminals correctly.
So maybe nothing wrong with the unit.
