HP 4263B lcr help to repair
« on: November 21, 2024, 08:06:40 pm »
Please help
I want to find the connection point between the mainboard  and the dc-dc red wire in 4 pin connector. Which device on the mainboard (in the red circle in the first picture) does it connect to and what is the voltage?

Where does it connect to? I can't see the circuit in the middle layer. (Left side in last picture ) where connect to  component

Thank you for help

Here's the pinout from my 4263B:

Left to right (viewed from front of instrument) - Red, Black, Yellow, Black.

Voltages:
Red - 2.68V (DC Bias supply?)
Black - GND
Yellow - 16.0VDC
Black - GND

(GND pins are connected together)

Also, check out my unlock program if you want to activate options 001 and 002 if not already activated on your instrument. :)
