Hello everybody I have HP 5350B that has destroyed SMA cable assembly that goes between microwave module and synthesizer.
The cable is about 6" long. I have some other ones but not the one with those connectors.
There is somebody there that knows how to get one/fix one/have one.
Thank you.

Looks like SMB to me.  Are those panel threads used?

it's a pigtail between two modules inside of the counter. I've fixed it already, took it apart, to pun intended, soldered it back together and it works... not sure about the performance because I can't really verify it. I want to get replacement anyway just to ensure the quality of the signal.
I couldn't crimp the connector correctly... but I guess I've done my best.
And yes, it is SMB, I've found replacement already, $3.44.

Yes the connector is screwed into the mounting plate that mates with the connector on the other side of it... very clever design.

They can be home made if you are of the mind to tackle it. The SMB connectors and cable is available on numerous sites and Ebay sellers. It's not too difficult as I have made them myself.  :-+
I told my friends I could teach them to be funny, but they all just laughed at me.
