Title: HP 5308A + 5300B Repair

Hi, I have an HP 5308A frequency meter, which I repaired in part. Fault on the power supply part. Replaced a 2n3906. Now it starts to work, but we have a problem on the B channel.
The integrated (IC) U2, part HP 1820-1565 is faulty. Unfortunately, I cannot find this part or even an equivalent.
I ask you if you have any news about it.

It might be a ECL comparator. Maybe a MC10E1651 or equiv... Pinout seems to match.

I believe that will be an MC1651L, check the datasheet to see if that seems right.  They're available from Rochester if you'd like 23 of them.  Or try your luck on eBay, Google, etc--they appear to at least exist out there.

The military part database (NSN) gives it as MC1651L too.
