HP 54510A Oscilloscope firmware (without the FFT option)

Attached is the firmware files for the two EPROMs in the 54510A, in case anyone in the future is looking for these. 

There was a later revision with built-in FFT calculation.  Google shows there have been a number of people asking for that version, but it doesn't look like anyone has come up with that version.  Maybe if someone does, they can add it to this thread.
