Yeap, that's what did it. DEL key
Now to see why I can't get this C2D CPU to boot. I might have to update the BIOS.
Most early LGA775 boards simply don't support the Core 2 duo. If you can't find a BIOS update, you could look at replacing the board. I don't think there's anything special about the board. The hardest part will be finding one with the same port layout.
Having said that, I wasn't able to upgrade my TDS5054 from a PIII because anything newer had ACPI errors when the Tek interface board was plugged into the PCI slot. I guess Tek must have done something non-standard, but they probably fixed that on the B series so they would work with more modern boards.

TiN was able to pull it off with the TDS5034B
https://xdevs.com/fix/tds5000b/ he repaired, so I'm sure I can do it. We have the exact same mini-ATX motherboard. It's just a matter of the BIOS update I believe.
Well, I had everything going great once I put the scope back together with the original hard drive I had, but I decided to clone the drive so I could keep the original disk as back-up. Now the scope won't pass SPC
I reset the RTC on the mini-ATX motherboard and now I'm running SPC again and it has been running for at least 15 minutes (It seems like it's hanging). Prior to running SPC I ran the Diagnostic Loop and it passed all 444 with no failures
I'm at a loss here. I hope someone can help with the SPC issue. There has to be a software issue or the like but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance.
I took the scope apart again and used compressed air to blow it out really good, and checked all my connections twice. That did it! Now it pass SPC consistently again. The connection to PowerPC and the mini-ATX motherboard wasn't seated perfectly so I think this was the issue but I'm not sure. Either way I'm happy. Now to try and finish it today
Thanks everybody for the help
P.S. Does anyone know how I can activate the Software Applications (JIT, etc)?
