Hello everyone! I bought a new printer HP 6830, the former owner gave it to me because it was down on the print. At startup, it indicates that the head has a problem. I took the head off, and I replaced it (by the same and an original), and I always have the same error message. 3 cartridges are set up and the black cartridge is a high capacity model. Do you need to install 4 cartridges set up to initialize the new head ?? And where to buy these special cartridges (because hp do not market them) ?? The printer is no longer under warranty.
