HP 6920B Meter Calibrator

I've been busy restoring a HP 6920B as well, this one was in pretty terrible condition but it is cleaning up pretty nicely.

I'm currently working on repainting both the front and rear panel and getting the text silkscreened since the paint was flaking off.

Looks very nice!  I don't have the talent to repaint mine - and it would mean removing the NASA calibration sticker even if I did.

I found one 6920B in Romania ( EU ) for 200 EURO.  it is a good price ? Should i buy it ?

They typically sell in full working condition for about US$400 and can be had for less if you don't mind doing some refurbishing.  The question is: what is it going to be used for?  If you're trying to calibrate anything more than about a 3.5 digit DMM it's not worthwhile.  As a device to spot check a multimeter and determine whether anything major is wrong, it's pretty handy.  Only you can decide whether a working unit will be useful, or a broken/out of calibration unit is worth repairing.
