I bought broken HP 8002A and I need a service manual.
Have somebody link or copy?

I just recapped an 8003a model. The Agilent website has full schematics for the 8003a. Those documents may get you close.

I believe the 8002 has variable rise and fall time and the 8003 has two outputs. They should be quite close in construction.
