Identifying SMD part

I can't find anything related to this part. The SMD marking is D8H9A and the package is SOT23. It looks like a MOSFET to me, but not 100% sure without the datasheet. It's shorted and I have other boards with the same part burned.

Not sure, maybe IRLML5103. Can you determine if it is a P channel device on good board?
