Check the cal signal, looks normal w/o correction, distort w/correction. Could be a wrong calibration in past? Any advise?

The first thing to try is defaulting the cal data and re-running the self-cal.

You will need to enter a passcode to load the defaults.  The procedure is described in the User Manual and also in the Assembly-Level Repair Manual.  Search for "default cal data".

And while you're at it, if you haven't backed up your correction constants yet (this is not the same as the cal data), I recommend performing the backup procedure in the Assembly-Level Repair Manual (chpt. 3).
