HP 8590L sectrum analyzer no power

Most of the times, but some times when cold, power up gives video, then shuts down, and have to unplug and wait a few minutes to try again, lasting less and less power on, what I have notice is that the -15V rail led, doesn't lid with the rest of rails, and after a few seconds lids on and then off, then the unit dies, and the impedance of that rail is 10.5 ohms, managed to notice a shilded module that if I disconect the impedance goes up, but even if I disconecf the module, the unit acts the same, starts up, then shuts down, with or without the module... any one has the schematics of the power supply??? 5062-8229

Open up the shilded module, and found one coil L1 really burned, not open... and the low impedance is on C4, there must be something bad...

Well, now it stays on, but without the shilded module, wonder if there is anything else wrong, could buy that module but, if something else is wrong?

Like what is this?? Marked as BS2, and besides it is another marked BS1, number 2 has light, like a led... the other does not...
