A calculator (Ti-84 Plus Silver) I haven't used in a while has a scrambled screen. Something apparently spilled on it a long time ago, as the syrup is hard.
I disassembled and cleaned it with IPA, but no dice. There appears to be some of that syrup under some of the glass at the top of the screen, presumably bridging connections.
Anyone know how to go about cleaning that display/LCD strip?

I can take other pictures if you like.
