Title: hp 8642a issues

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. My HP 8642A Opt. 001 decided to post mutable errors yesterday. A6A1, A9, A11 and A12 all failed with Out of Lock. I checked the 10 Mhz reference and it's spot on. I'm thinking this may be a Power Supply issue. Any suggestions would be great.

Sorry for the stupid request, opened up the unit and seen that 50 Volt supply was down. Replaced the .25 amp fuse and all is good.
