Title: HP 8647A problem

Hi,
I'm looking for HP 8647A schematic. I have problem with A7 attenuator board. I missing signal on pin 19 (A3J16 ) . This signal is from SIO controller . I'm looking with IC is that.
Anybody have ide where to buy good schematic ?

Thanks for link but this is just basic manual and no schematic . I wonder if there is anything like a schematic at all.
