Cisco 7910 Cisco 7940 7960 dead no power fix

Hello,

This is to address the power issue on these Cisco 7910 7940 7960 IP phones, they are getting killed by glitches in the Cisco Catalyst switches.
Power overloading causes the short of a transistor and the phone dies, also it's becoming a short on the POE end.
This is not boot loop issues or related flash corruption. Just power.
