HP 6632B Needs Repair [UK] - SOLVED

i have this HP 6632B psu that when its turned on (after the self test) it shows 0.0007v  0.0004a  on the display , 
When you set a volatage and connect the load its fine for around 20~30s but then it switches to CC and the voltage drops

I lack the electronical knowlage to diagnose the issue , does anyone know of a repair place in the UK (preferably in the North Yorkshire Area) that could take alook at my unit  ?

Are you sure thats the right model number, I tried googling it but could not find it.
