HP ESG E4420B display problem
« on: May 10, 2021, 11:26:35 am »
Hi everyone,

I'm trying to repair an HP ESG E4420B signal generator with no video on display (all black, but backlight is working), I think the the problem is in the VLCD voltage witch is not correct,
should be a negative voltage of about -6V and is not..

Can someone tell me witch transistor is Q601?
It's have a code M1LH written on it but I'm not sure if is a MMBT6429LT1G or something else.

Thank you in advance,

Stefano.
