Susumu dual analog delay line

Hello All,
I have identified a failed part in my Agilent 54855A oscilloscope.
It is an interesting component, a Susumu GL2L5MS450D-C which is a dual 4.5ns delay line in a SOIC-16 package.
Does anybody know a modern equivalent?
I found it on Digikey and other reputable distributors, but it is obsolete..
