Hi folks need a sanity check please
I have a HP4275A that has lost a bit of its being.
U1 Mask rom is faulty,confirmed with another rom being fitted and then it works but this is from my other machine so cannot stay in there.
i have found some rom files online but burning a 2716 Eprom and fitting it has not resolved my problem using the file i found online.
Some people have said before Online you need to replace all the mask roms with eproms and changing the switches but thats where the info runs out as to what the switches need to be set to and there is nothing listed in the manual at all about it
Also in the manual it states that certain u5 roms only work with certain u1 roms so maybe the online roms wont work.
Am i overthinking this and just need to pull all the roms read and program 5 2716 eproms? from the files(apart from u1)?
