HP6032A power supply - DOA

Well, not completely dead - throws error message 10. That is bad EPROM check. Does anybody have an image so I can re-program it?
I would be VERY thankful as otherwise there's not much I can do with it...

You can trying  reading  EPROM with other voltage than 5V.

Old eprom with  windows has sometime problem with tilt bits.  but by lower voltage is tilted bit often back.
