HP6632B Repair, fixes errors # 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 80, 11

Hi folks!

I just fixed my HP6632B power supply.  The symptoms where the following:

 - no output
 - "Prot", "Err", "Dis" indicator lit
 - OT and OV indicated
 - Errors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 80, 11 present

It all boils down to blown fuses F300 and F301 which protect the +/-15 V and 5 V bias supplies. I know, this is nothing spectacular, but  I'm writing you this because the troubleshooting flowcharts in the manual do not treat this special mode of failure and the error numbers lead you nowhere.

I hope to spare you some time chasing the red herring  .
