HP8593A spectrum analyzer firmware / ROMs needed

Hi,

I have an HP 8593A SA with a failed U23 ROM chip. This SA  has four 27C512 ROMs... .  Anyone has got a dump of these ROMs ?
My FW daycode was 90-01-03 and PN of the failed U23 chip is 08592-80077.

Unfortunately these ROMs are not for my processor board. These are for the new version and are 1M. My ROMs are 512k the SA does not boot with the newer FW installed ....  Still looking for 8593A 512k ROM dump

I just saved my HP8593A EPROMs, 4 chips, each one is a 27C512 (64K Bytes).

For the later firmwares using 1 Mbit EPROMs you need a different decoder PAL. Replace 08590-80094 with 08590-80159.

A zip file with the JEDEC file can be found in this thread: https://www.mikrocontroller.net/topic/404954 . You will need someone who is able to burn a 22V10 type PAL or GAL with 25 ns or faster.
