HP/Agilent/Keysight Switching Power Supply Controller Repair
ZGoode:
Well, I have finally received my boards from JLCPCB and I can confirm that my reverse engineered design does work. I got the power supply to turn on and successfully calibrated the rails within the specs listed in the manual. Within the week I will clean up the schematics and give a list fo the values I ordered on DigiKey for anyone who might need this in the future.

WOW, ZGoode, this is amazing. Thanks for all the work you put in to this.
I am working on an HP 4194A and suspect my 1813-0255 is bad. This "chip" is used on the A2 board of the 4194A and 4195A (04194-66502). I am going to build a board with the files you provided in Reply #10 and let you know how it goes.
Again, THANKS FOR THIS!
ZGoode:
I'm so happy this will benefit you!
The gerber files in reply #10 are good to go. I'll add an excel file of the parts I ordered on Digikey for you when I get off work. I used all 0.1% or lower resistors which are probably overkill, but I really didn't want to play around with values so I just used as close as I could find to the readings on my 7510. Plus the 0.1% resistors were actually not really that expensive anyways
