It might sound like a joke, but the service manual of this oscilloscope only contains the block diagram and no diagrams at all  ....

So, unfortunately, impossible to help you.

Maybe someone who has the same oscilloscope could measure the voltage across this zener diode?

Ask for schematics to the manufacturer EZ DIGITAL !

Hi!

Sorry for being so long researching this, but I've found a set of diagrams for you!

They've been drawn in some awful Asian cad software and the lettering and numbering is absolutely barbaric to read, but it's the best I can do until I can afford to buy one of these instruments myself and draft a proper service manual for you – all the secondhand ones are in the rotten u.s. and the import and shipping charges are prohibitive!
