HUNG CHANG 5502 vertical section problem

Hi , i have problem with my oscilloscope HUNG CHANG 5502 in its vertical section. once powered on and then the screen of oscilloscope was showing that its vertical beam is not working properly. device opened and i found Q307 , Q309 , Q311 are defected. changed with near same parameter B649 and D669 as the same TR were not available in my country. it was working for 3 days and after a while working it get damage again on the same TRs . please advise if you  have experience about this problem .
