Hello.
Can anyone tell me more about this burnt part ? First image is from another card, second image is the burnt one :)
It is from an "Asus GTX 1070 dual" video card, part is next to the 6+2 power connector.

Someone said it would replace it for me but I would need to find the part.

- Where can I buy it ?
- Is it different if it says "B20 P03" but something else than "JJD4302" on next line ?
- That logo is a certain brand ? Maybe I can find it easier by that.
- Does it look from the image that parts next to it or circuit lines are burnt ?
- Are the other small parts more common or should I look for those too ?

Thank you.1445971-01445977-1

Possibly https://www.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/pdf/1138779/EXCELLIANCE/EMB20P03A.html

You'll need to look at other components around that area, that may have sustained ( or caused) the damage.

Good lukc

Mine has 4 pins on a side and 4 on the other, the one I seen in the link seems different, no ?

Indeed, it seems to be a partnumber available in a few different packages. I just pasted the first link without looking closer, when I saw the same logo and a familiar nomenclature of xxPyy which is popular for P-mosfets.

I just ran a search for B20P03 here

You can find the parts and datasheets here: http://www.excelliancemos.com/product_search.php?part_number=B20P03

Likely either EDFN3X3, or EDFN5X6 - should be able to measure and confirm.

They already replied to my email, saying that my image is product "EMB20P03V", I guess "package EDFN 3X3" from that page.

What confuses me is that on the above link and when I look for EMB20P03V on their website, I get a datasheet pdf that says EMB12P03V (B12 instead of B20). So not sure what is that.

The longer code below B20 P03 seems to be factory code, year code, etc.

Probably just a link issue on the website, that part's datasheet can be found here: https://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/1133008/EXCELLIANCE/EMB20P03V.html
