I can't find any information about the SOT23-3 packaged marking code.

Hello everyone,
I can't verify whether a product I shared the image of is intact or not. Because I don't understand what the product is. When I disassemble and measure it, it seems like an NPN transistor, but there is a 40ohm resistance between the collector and emitter. If it was defective, there would have to be a short circuit. I looked at the marking codebooks, but there is no equivalent there either! Can you help me find this component?

I couldn't find this component either. Try draw a scheme of this block from pcb, this should make it clear.
