Title: IC find DCDC LCD bosh DCU 220

I'm fixing the LCD monitor of a bosch DCU 220 notebook, the problem is LCD flicker it's not a LED backlight problem but it's a DC/DC problem that drives the LCD

I can't find this IC: (

The marking style is Richtek's.
