IC Identification 16pin - From A Li-Ion Dual Charger
« on: April 21, 2022, 10:43:14 am »
Got this from a teardown of a dual 8.4v Li Ion camera charger. It's an unbranded charger from China. The markings were on the underside of the IC. The top was non-marked.

I thought it might be a ADP3801/ADP3802 or some kind of clone. The datasheet of that seems to meet the chargers capabilities.

I've tried googling for an hour or so but I can't find anything. I'm thinking the markings mean something generic.

Anyway I'm putting this out there in case these markings mean something to someone.

Any help is welcomed. Thanks

Thanks for that picture of the underside of a geninue ADP3801/ADP3802. I'm going to lock in a clone/ghost shift/etc of a ADP3801/ADP3802. Might even be an unmarked geninue and for some reason it wasn't labeled (didn't meet QC, etc).

The top side of the IC matches as well with the little indent.
