what is this component IC 6  pin SMD?, the datasheet is not found

It is of an offline LED control

PIN4 looks like the gate command for the mosfet

Can you tell us the markings on the other semis and passives? This would help us to determine which numbers represent date codes.

It is a step down converter type

I'm trying to eliminate date codes from the markings. For example, is "613" a YWW date code (eg week 13 of 2006 or 2016)? You could possibly answer this question by examining the date codes on the capacitors or MOSFET.

Also, I can't see how the IC connects to the supply negative.

you're probably right it looks like week13 2006

so it's the date, I got confused thinking it was the codec

exactly the mass! , This IC  seems that it exploits the voltage drop in the mosfet + shunt resistor
theoretically the mass looks like it is in pin 2

The second line of the MOSFET markings is "GYMDD".

G : Factory management code
YMDD : Date Code (year, month, date)
