Id a diode
« on: April 20, 2020, 01:57:25 pm »
I can't seem to find a data sheet for this one:

Part marked as  TCI GP230

Another one marked (hard to read "5H30F" ?

BOM shows Semicon HV30F

Expect this to be a fairly high PIV diode, perhaps 1kV or more just guessing

If anyone has a clue or a datasheet it would be appreciated

http://www.taitroncomponents.com/catalog/Datasheet/GP225.pdf ?

Another one idk, I'd ask the manufacturer. If you know an equivalent part, you can lookup parameters of the equivalent. I don't think general-purpose diodes are too different (for the same voltage and current ratings). May be watch out for recovery time.
