Id this chip
« on: December 06, 2019, 12:26:50 pm »
Its used in a can bus interface right after an sn65hvd251 / "vp251 markings" transceiver

Z07D  markings,  sot 363 casing

pin
1  from vp251
2  ground
3  out to an stm32
4  from vp251
5  vcc 3.3 volts
6  out to an stm32,  pulled to vcc 3.3 k thru 10k ohms

No direct connections or low ohms between in and outs,   not sure its an esd protection device ?
Searched on smd databases, nothing conclusive ?

thks

Never tough of buffers ...  surprised to see this chip applied here,  unlees they use it to make a level shifter between the vp251 (5vdc supply) and the stm32 at 3.3 volts ??
