Identify 10 pin SMD ic “406R SNAB”...
« on: June 28, 2020, 06:59:47 am »
Has anybody met this device please? It’s a 10pin device with what appears to be its output driving the Gate on an N-chnl HAT2198 MOSFET ‘switch’ via a 330ohm resistor.

It’s part of buck-boost circuit, the HAT2198 switching a DC voltage to another stage.  I’m trying to back engineer the board to discover why all of a sudden, the main ic  (LTM4609Y regulator) goes screaming HOT ...

Google has not thrown up anything in the way of a datasheet and 406R is a search beacon for a resistor! TIA
