identify an smd capacitor
« on: December 31, 2022, 03:48:39 pm »
Hi all, I am trying to fix an Advantest R3463 SA ( see https://www.eevblog.com/forum/repair/advantest-r3463-trouble/msg4463401/#msg4463401 ),
I don't know if I have correctly identified the voltage rating of this capacitor:
1677298-0
the size is diameter = 6,5 mm high = 6 mm.
I think 47uF ok, but voltage 16 or 25 v?
There are others same size marked  33 ( ok 33 uF) EBH   7J5.
I searched on Chemicon, Nichicon and Wurth but nobody as a similar marklike these ( these capacitors are > 20 years old) .
Thanks and happy new year to all by Maurizio

All manufacturers I know use the same voltage codes system on aluminum electrolytic capacitors, polymer capacitors, and tantalum capacitors.
