The resistor array is used in quite a few meters. However there are some picture around of a K2010 with alternative resistors.
The resistor array is a custom part, but probably still be produced new if needed.
Worst case one would have to find a different replacement, likely with 3 arrays and a few extra resistors.

How can I request the report in counts of the actual value during the tests 101.2 and 101.1. They say that the expected value is (101.2) - (101.1) = 76275970 counts

When Keithley says that the limit is 1800000, does this mean that the difference between 101.1 and 101.2 should be +/- 1800000, or +/- 1800000/2?

Thank you for your help!!!!

I don't think this was answered. It might be helpful for others.

You can run the test in step mode and hold shift to see the values. I just turned on a K2000 that hasn't been turned on in months, let it warm up for all of 30 seconds and ran that test.
