Identify IC SUAH

I need to identify an IC with the SUAH description.

Looks like a die size BGA, pin count unknown.

Maybe custom chip?

Unlikely. This type of mosfet is very rare on this PCB.

In addition to SUAH, there is another description, this time generic, GND.

Oh, i was quite sure that it says GNL or GNE :)
Maybe it is grounding chip!  :-DD

Is that solder on chips top left corner?

I thought I made reference to the GND pin that many of these ICs have.
