Identify integrated circuits SN49730N, SN49829N, SN49840N
Greybeard:
Can anybody identify these integrated circuits, please?
Harry_22:
Hi!
SN49829N = FLH255
aeg:
Wow! I never heard of SN49 series. Maybe it was only marketed in Germany?
It was covered in a databook, so it's a standard series, not house-numbered parts: https://www.antikvarium.hu/konyv/pocket-guide-901729-0
There is some information on a Russian website: http://www.155la3.ru/sn49xxx.htm
According to the site, SN498xx is the extended-temperature version of SN49xx.
Rainer Knaepper posted some scans from the 1979 databook: http://web.archive.org/web/20080620204134/http://www.smial.prima.de/elektronisches.html
Unfortunately, nothing about SN49730N or SN49840N.

I don't think so, because manufacturer is TI.
Siemens TTL are marked FLH, FLJ, FLK, FZH, FZJ...

4930 = FLH321 = quadruple 2-input NAND-powergate
From the .ru site (thanks @aeg), 49730 and 49830 are different temperature grades of the 4930.
