Identify part

Getting back to an earlier question , but could not find old post ?
Trying to repair a inverter / charger Freedom Combi 2022 and found part of the protection circuit a diode was bad and 4 transistors that appear to control LED's , one was blown off board , one was moved / reflowed from too much current and the last 2 looked & tested ok , here picture .
Trying to get info to order replacements ?
