Identify this chip TI 2C
« on: August 26, 2019, 11:11:12 pm »
Hello,
I have a controller card with a blown power rail chip on it.
On one location it seem to power USB.
Marking on chip says TI 2C
pin 1-2 supply in
pin 5 gnd
pin 8 output

Do you know what chip this is?

Any help highly appreciated, thank you!

Br, Tom

It seems a bit like this guy tho the pin-out doesn't match the bottom picture.

The two locations appear to be for two different chips.  :-//

The bottom line appears to be the part marking.

Thank you so much fzabkar! you are absolutely right.

USB chip is PXMI  as narkeleptk suggested

Blown chip is different
