identify this diode manufacturer by logo :)

Hi,

I am new here but I am curious if anyone could help me identify this diode's manufacturer (it was used in a 3phase power supply as input rectifier diode).

I know that this diode is available by many other manufacturers but I did some surge tests and this diode was the best so I would like to use the exact same manufacturer.

I already checked all semiconductor manufacturer collections I could find but did not find any matches, unfortunately.

Hope anyone has a hint for me - many thanks
