IFR 2394A Spectrum Analyzer

Does anyone have, or know how I might obtain, the password or code into the operating system for this analyzer in order to perform a factory reset? This machine had some electrical faults which have now been repaired but a factory reset is now required and for that, a password/code is required. The serial number is 110023004 (I think that may be required). I have been trawling just about every where I can find for this but have thus far drawn a blank.

I know nothing about that thing but ran a small search on the web and it returned the following. you've nothing to loose trying these.

If you think it is serial number based then it must be somehow stored on that machine. You could read the (E)EPROM and search from there ?
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer, maybe they are willing to help?
