I'm having a ground loop issue with my interface (I think).

so I have a ESI ESP 1010 interface connected to my pc, and when I use AmpliTube I have this static noise, sounds like a ground loop issue. but I don't get where it's comming from, I have the interface just connected to my pc, I'm using headphones, my guitar is not grounded in any way except to the interface trough the cable, my pc is grounded (I think it is, maybe the chord is damaged idk. imma go check that)
and the only thing that connects to my pc and has a connection to ground is my monitor but I checked and unpluging it doesn't change the noise.

I am thinking of connecting my pc's ground to earth but this seems a really supid idea cause it will not be insulated from the mains then...
but I don't even think it will help.

note: I don't have a DI box between the guitar and interface but I shorted the input and it's still having static noise so it's not the problem.
