Indesit induction hob VID 641 BC "F47" error
« on: January 17, 2023, 09:06:20 pm »
Hi

Anyone know anything about these hobs, such as whether there is a service manual available, or even just a list of fault codes which is more informative than "refer to service centre".

I have one - works intermittently then comes up with F47. Rarely gets through a whole meal. Turning it off and waiting usually clears the error eventually (resettable thermal fuse?).

It's not at my main place, so test equipment is a bit limited. I have a multimeter and that's about it.

I can't seem to find internal photos of your model. Repaired some from Merloni group in the past, they would throw random errors during use due to electrolytics on switching PCB.
See attachment for concerned model.

Thanks for your reply, I can't find much on it either - looking today it appears to be identical to the Tekia IR 641 (but I'm having just as much luck looking for info on that model)

The one hit on the Tekia also suggested that F47 is a power supply issue.
