SOLVED

Hi ,OK Thanks I guess No one else has one of these NDK 10Mhz Osc boards.
They are are made by JRC ( Japanese Radio Corp. )
It was horribly out of Cal. When I Acquired it .
After a little reverse eng. and some a few probe tests I managed to fire it up .
So the outputs worked .
It has A Cal screw on the back side .
I used a dual port Neo Bodnar GPSDO and used that as my reference for the HP5385A.
The 4 pins are :-
O O O O ( right )
+ P nc -
P = Pulse, Pos Pulse ON & Neg Pulse OFF .

OCXO is 5 Volt
It supply voltage to Connector 7 to 12 volt Current 22ma Max load
It requires a thermal over coat as it is very sensitive to drafts etc.
