Integrated circuit equivalents...
« on: March 04, 2017, 04:50:34 pm »
Good evening everyone! Can you tell me whether the following integrated circuits are compatible and equivalent? : NJM062 (SMD) / TL062 (SMD); NJU4051 (SMD) / CD4051 (SMD); NJU4066 (SMD) / CD4066 (SMD); NJU4053 (SMD) / CD4053 (SMD). Are NJU integrated circuits Japanese made ?? Thank you for your lights :D

Google is your friend, data sheets for all of the ICs you mention are easy to find.

However I would assume that they are equivalent.

New Japan Radio sounds as though it should be a Japanese company but I have no idea where they make their ICs

Did you mean knowledge or insight here? (lumière in French in the sense of knowledge or understanding?).

Yes they are equivalents but do check the chip package size/dimensions even if they are smd eg. SO,soic or
other package size by comparing their respective datasheets.

yes the company is japanese...NJR aka New Japan Radio corparation.

OK; Thanks (I am french and use google translation to speak in english in this forum, nothing is perfect!). I have, however, a doubt as to the correspondence between the NJM062 and the TL062; I looked at the datasheet, and the internal mounting of the integrated circuit is totally different, although the pinout is the same. What do you think??

Simplified circuits in the datasheets of NJM062 and TL062 by ST are the same, did not check others.
