Interstate High Voltage Log-lin Sweep Generator - F47. Schematics needed.

Dear All,

I just got a Interstate High Voltage Log-lin Sweep Generator - F47, which may be know also from Racal-Dana.
It is not in working condition,
so before starting to search for the fault, I  would be very grateful if someone has a schematics or service manual of this device or anything close.

I have searched on the web with no success.
