Intertek S003IV0600050 - Unknown IC SOT-25 PB07

Hi,

I have a wall adapter Intertek S003IV0600050 that doesn't give any output voltage. By investigation, switching IC seems to be dead (Only 7 ohms between Pin 1 and Pin 2). The only issue is I can't find any information on this IC and possibly a replacement part for it.

What I found out by tracing on PCB.

Pin 1 - VCC
Pin 2 - Ground
Pin 3 - Sense on the output possibly
Pin 4 - Emitter of the main switching transistor
Pin 5 - Base of the main switching transistor
