Hoping someone might be familiar with these inverter control boards. The same board looks to have been used by many of the inverter manufacturers, must, power jack, powerstar, aims, cosuper, devel. But I can't find a schematic for it anywhere!
The unit I have is a cosuper LPT5000-224. 5000W 24V low frequency, 230V input. The problem is with AC input voltage measurement, it pretty consistently measures around 5v higher than the actual input but still functions fine, every now and then the reading drifts way off though, like +30V and the inverter will throw a fit beeping and switching to battery thinking the AC input is out of spec.
Maybe of interest, the MCU is a MC908MR32CFUE.
A visual inspection doesn't show any bulging caps or heat discoloration. I tested the long strings of same value resistors as I've read these are the voltage dividers but all seemed to be fine. I had a look under a microscope for cracked joints and didn't spot anything, but I may very well have missed something because I wasn't focused in any particular area.
Does anyone possibly have a schematic for these boards? Or possibly some pointers of which components I should be looking at for the AC input voltage detection?
