Inverter with shorted output cap

I have a 12VDC to 240VAC inverter that has a failed (shorted) output cap. It’s a 0.01uF cap rated for 400VDC. I was wondering if since this cap is across the AC output of the inverter, wouldn’t it make sense to use an AC rated cap instead of DC?

Do you guys think that this (https://www.altronics.com.au/p/r3102a-0.01uf-x2-pcb-mains-suppression-capacitor/) would be a suitable replacement, or should I stick with a 400VDC rated cap?

Typically film caps are good for ac or dc, typically the dc rating will be higher. I'd use one soecifically rated for ac though, cheap capacitor may be why it failed.
